Available Reports in AgNote
AgNote provides many predefined reports to choose from.
Below is a list of publicly available reports along with a description and on which pages, in the application, these reports can be found. The list below excludes reports with sensitive information and reports which were custom created for one or more accounts.
In the application, you will find the available reports on the Reports slide-out tab on the right side of the page. Reports on this slide-out tab are specific to the page, for example, you will find Row Crop related reports on Row Crops page in the application.
You can download the example reports below to see what information they contain.
This report will list all active tasks in your account.
Useful, if you want to share your tasks price list or get a quick glance at it.
This report will also list task details like, who is the default service provider, category (i.e. Labor, Tillage, Spray...) and to which crops (row crop or permanent) it is assigned to or not assigned to any specific crops.
In this report you will find ALL (active and inactive) companies and/or properties, along with current planting's information.
In AgNote you can deactivate any company or property, and once deactivated, the company or property information will not show-up in any of the crop management areas.
I recommend deactivating instead of deleting the company (farm) or property (field), if it is not being managed or farmed any longer. This way you will preserve the information and will be able to access it later through this report. You can also re-activate the company or property and it will show-up in crop management area(s).
Lists all active Companies and Properties in the account. In this report your will also find the Land Cost information for the Current plantings. This report includes current planting details like crop type, planted crop, variety, and planted acreage. Use this report if you need to compare field acreage to the actual planted acreage. Note that deactivated Companies (farms) and Properties (fields) will NOT be listed on this report. If you need a report which also includes deactivated Companies and Properties, please download Active & Inactive Companies & Properties report.
